Competition Terms and Conditions

General

1. By entering into the competition, you agree to be bound by these rules.
2. The promoter of the competition is Art in the Public Realm Greenwich Peninsula whose registered office is c/o English Partnerships, 10th Floor, 2 Exchange Tower, Harbour Exchange Square, London E14 9GS.

Who Can Enter

3. Entry into the prize draw is open to all residents of England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Employees of Art in the Public Realm Greenwich Peninsula English Partnerships, GMV Ltd. Meridian Delta Ltd, Arts Council England and Greenwich Council, employees of The O2 / AEG Europe, and the families of all these employees are ineligible to win any prize.

How to Enter

4. Entry into the competition is free. You may enter this competition once.
5. You can submit your entry only by first completing the four questions.
6. 6. The closing date for all entries is 30 June 2008.
7. The promoter may disqualify entries that do not comply in full with these entry rules and conditions. A disqualified entry is ineligible to win a prize.

Selecting the Winner

8. The winning entry will be chosen by random from all eligible winners who have correctly answered the question no later than Friday 4 July 2008.
9. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. Notification will be sent to the winner by email before Monday 7 July 2008 along with details of how to collect the prize.
11. If, for whatever reason, the winner does not collect their prize at the expiration of 1 month from notification being sent to the winner that they have won, the promoter may decide the winner is no longer eligible for the prize, and a new winner may be chosen in accordance with these rules. This will continue until a valid winner collects the prize in accordance with these rules.
12. The name and county of the winner will be available at the website address artongreenwichpeninsula.com for one calendar month after the winner has been selected.

The Prize

13. The prize is two tickets to see Kylie Minogue at The O2 on 26 July 2008.
14. The prizes are as stated and no cash equivalent, refund or alternative will be offered. The prize is not transferable.
15. Should a prize become unavailable due to circumstances beyond the control of Art in the Public Realm Greenwich Peninsula or any third party supplier, that prize may at any time be replaced with an alternative, or completely withdrawn without compensation.

Other

16. If your entry wins, you agree to take part in publicity associated with the prize draw, including the use of your name, your appearance, your general location of residence.
17. You agree that your information may be used for any publicity and for 1 month on the website
18. So far as is permitted by law, Art in the Public Realm Greenwich Peninsula and their associated companies, organisations and agents exclude responsibility and all liabilities arising from this competition, its cancellation or delay, and any changes to the prize beyond the Art in the Public Realm Greenwich Peninsula’s control, and for any act or default of any third party supplier.
